How we put your on-demand event together

We begin with the content you provide for the event. This can be any of the following:

• A recording of a live event at a convention center or on the web
• A recorded or written speech by the speaker
• Supplementary materials
• Our attendance at a class or meeting you want to preserve

Then we proceed as follows—

• We write the primary speech or plan an interview with your input
• We prepare the speaker for the speech and check for voice levels and ease of understanding
• We give advice if we see areas that need attention before the event is recorded
• We prepare an attractive, easy-to-follow slide show listing the key points of the speech as bullet items and adding images and other illustrations as requested
• We prepare and manage a rehearsal to be sure everything is running smoothly
• We anticipate and “plant” audience response to build interest and attention
• We record the event, provide narration, and synchronize illustrations and slides
