How we put your on-demand event together
We begin with the content you provide for the event. This can be any of the following:
- A recording of a live event at a convention center or on the web
- A recorded or written speech by the speaker
- Supplementary materials
- Our attendance at a class or meeting you want to preserve
Then we proceed as follows
- We write the primary speech or plan an interview with your input
- We prepare the speaker for the speech and check for voice levels and ease of understanding
- We give advice if we see areas that need attention before the event is recorded
- We prepare an attractive, easy-to-follow slide show listing the key points of the speech as bullet items and adding images and other illustrations as requested
- We prepare and manage a rehearsal to be sure everything is running smoothly
- We anticipate and “plant” audience response to build interest and attention
- We record the event, provide narration, and synchronize illustrations and slides
